Read the papers today and its so exciting...Story on NKF...hmm maybe its time to change mgmt..hai...who would haf known this such things would happen..But its time to take a step back after our impulse outburst of scoldings @ the ppl involved..We shld think more rationally and see wad steps would be enforced to regain our trust in charity..Even other charitable organisation do not specify how our donated $$ would help their ppl...A normal dialogue would begin with
Senario: Person A walking down the in orchard road, suddenly a person pops up and says
"Hi there, i'm XXX from XXX , (some will show u their certs, others dun bother and show u a printed out table ). We are currently raising $ for ex prisoners, homes, teenagers, small children, etc etc...This product X is selling outside for $X, but today if u support us, we are giving it to u free if ur donation is >=10. Would u like to help these needy ppl?"
Common answer: "10 is a bit too much, any lower amt?"
